Booking procedureTelephone between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. to make a provisional reservation, which will be held for 5 working days whilst awaiting your completed reservation form and initial payment of 1/3 of basic rental cost. If you decide not to proceed with your booking, please telephone as soon as possible to cancel. Upon receipt of the signed reservation form and deposit we will send you a confirmation account showing the balance payable and the latest date - which will be 8 weeks prior to arrival date - by which we should receive final payment.On receipt of final payment we will send you a final confirmation account, route directions to the property and details concerning collection of keys. For all bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday starting date, full payment is due on booking. Cheque payable to J. & A. Hazell.
